Access to the client’s Personal Account

In order for a Partner to have access to his Client's Personal Account, the client must grant him such access. How to do it? Client's actions: 1. Log in to your ChatApp Account by entering your username and password. 2. In your Personal Account, log in to the User's Profile in the left sidebar of the page by clicking on the "Profile" icon. In the "User Profile" tab, the "Partnership" field displays the Partner you are attached to. 3. Open the "Security" tab. 4. Move the switch to the right in the "Integrators" field to grant access to your Personal Account to a Partner. • For temporary access, select the "Temporary Access" field. Select the calendar date when the Partner can log into your Personal Account. • To provide permanent access, select the "No time limit" field. The Partner will be able to log into your Personal Account at any time. Login to the client's Personal Account After the client provides access to his Personal Account: 1. Log in to the "My Clients" section of the left menu of your Partner's Personal Account page. The "Login" button has become active in the table in the row of the client who granted you access. 2. Click on this button. You have logged into your partner's Personal Account.
