Receiving closing documents

Once the ChatApp line has been paid by Invoice or from the company wallet, closing documents can be obtained electronically.

You can get a statement of work and invoices this way:

Go to your ChatApp account → Selected company;
Select the company from which the payment was made;
Go to Finance → Recent operations;
Find the payment for which you want to receive a deed. Click Payment on order #...;
Click Request a deed in the window that opens;

If there is no Request a deed in the opening window, probably the company details are not filled in. You can find more information about this in the article Company details for invoices.

Important: closing documents are not issued when topping up the company's wallet. You can request a deed of completion only after the payment for the lines has been debited from your wallet or the Company invoice.
