Interactive tags for dialogues will significantly improve the efficiency of your staff’s work with clients in messengers.
You can mark dialogs by type of importance/urgency, types of segmentation of clients or leads, assign your own unique categories, this will allow your client managers to work more efficiently with dialogs and allocate their processing time more efficiently.
